BIM Modeler – Remote (EST)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced BIM Modeler to create detailed 3D Revit models for a variety of commercial projects. The role is fully remote but requires alignment with Eastern Standard Time to collaborate with the project manager and client.

Key responsibilities

• Develop 3D Revit models across schematic design (SD), design development (DD), and construction documentation (CD) phases for condos, offices, medical facilities, car dealerships, and other commercial types.
• Produce complete CD sets, including floor plans, sections, and elevations.
• Prepare permit sets for local authority submission.
• Incorporate redlines and revisions accurately throughout all design phases.
• Collaborate closely with a BetterPros Project Manager, acting as the main client liaison.
• Identify missing information, detect design issues, and propose constructive solutions.
• Maintain autonomy while keeping the project vision and schedule on track.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a BIM Modeler or Revit Architect.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit with high speed and accuracy.
• Advanced proficiency in Bluebeam for redline and document review.
• Experience with a wide range of building types and full project lifecycle (SD to CD) on US projects.
• Hands‑on knowledge of concrete, wood framing, and steel framing systems.
• Strong English communication skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
