Bilingual Immigration Paralegal – Remote (Spanish & English)

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Immigration Paralegal to join our remote team. The role supports clients and candidates in preparing and filing immigration and work‑visa applications for Canada, the United States, Mexico or Spain, while communicating fluently in both Spanish and English.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review and file immigration documents and work‑visa applications with high accuracy.
• Ensure all filings comply with the relevant immigration laws and regulations.
• Train candidates on immigration procedures and document preparation.
• Gather required information from clients and candidates and maintain up‑to‑date case files.
• Schedule and coordinate embassy or consulate interviews.
• Translate legal documents and correspondence as needed.

Required profile

• Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
• Minimum three years of experience handling immigration and work‑visa applications for Canada, the USA, Mexico or Spain.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to verify document accuracy.
• Solid knowledge of immigration procedures, legal compliance and interaction with consulates.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• A licensed attorney is valued but not mandatory.
