Bilingual French Automotive Service Advisor – Remote

About the role

Enterprise Fleet Management is seeking a bilingual (French) Automotive Service Advisor to work 100% remotely from New Orleans. In this role you will act as the trusted expert guiding maintenance and repair decisions for fleet clients and vendors, helping keep vehicles on the road while controlling costs.

Key responsibilities

• Review scheduled and unscheduled repair orders for accuracy, cost‑effectiveness, and compliance with manufacturer recommendations.
• Recommend appropriate maintenance intervals, repair procedures, and pricing.
• Support fleet management offices, clients, and vendors to minimize downtime and control expenses.
• Provide timely advice on repair orders submitted by external partners via phone and email.
• Negotiate changes or corrections to order pricing and ensure proper documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum of four valid ASE certifications.
• Fluent in both French and English.
• Ability to work a stable 40‑hour week within the department’s schedule (Mon‑Fri 6 am‑9 pm CST, Sat 7 am‑4 pm CST).
• Strong knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair practices.
