Bilingual Call Center Representative (Remote)

About the role

Aurora Human Capital is looking for a fluent Spanish‑English speaker to join its remote call‑center team. You will act as the first point of contact with candidates, supporting recruitment efforts and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective candidates and screen them for suitability.
• Conduct bilingual interviews in Spanish and English.
• Request, collect, and verify required documentation from candidates.
• Prepare and organize candidate files for client submission.
• Translate documents and communications for clients when needed.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, preferably Zoho Recruit.
• Provide excellent customer service to both candidates and client partners.

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken Spanish and English.
• Strong computer literacy and experience with CRM tools.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Previous experience in customer service, recruitment, or a call‑center setting is preferred.

Required skills

• Zoho Recruit (or similar CRM) proficiency.
