About the Position

Join the legendary San Diego Padres organization and become the face of Petco Park! As a Ballpark Tour Guide, you will play a crucial role in delivering unforgettable experiences to our fans, providing immersive stadium tours and exceptional guest services in a high-energy professional sports environment.

Main Missions

• Lead engaging public and private stadium tours of Petco Park, sharing the rich history and excitement of the venue.
• Provide top-tier guest services by welcoming visitors and embodying the "Petco Park Promise" (CARE, CONNECT, EXCEED).
• Manage ticket sales and scanning operations using our professional ticketing platform.
• Act as a brand ambassador, responding to guest inquiries in person and via telephone with professionalism.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of stadium operations, events, and safety protocols.

Profile Required

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Exceptional public speaking skills with the ability to engage large groups clearly and enthusiastically.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Proven reliability and punctuality, with the ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical stamina to remain standing for extended periods, navigate stairs, and lift up to 25 lbs.
• High level of integrity, discretion, and a collaborative team-player attitude.
