Automotive Service Director – Luxury Dealership

Jaguar Land Rover Columbia is seeking a highly driven Service Director to lead its luxury service department. This senior position blends hospitality, operational excellence, and team leadership to deliver world‑class client experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all fixed‑operations service activities, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and department performance.
• Manage workflow, technician productivity, dispatching, quality control, and warranty compliance.
• Monitor and improve key performance indicators such as gross profit, effective labor rate, technician efficiency, and repair order performance.
• Resolve escalated client concerns with professionalism, empathy, and transparency.
• Recruit, coach, and develop a high‑performing service team while fostering a culture of accountability.
• Drive continuous process improvement and operational efficiency across the service department.
