Automotive Service Consultant

About the role

Stateline CDJR is looking for a high‑performing, customer‑focused Automotive Service Consultant to join its growing team in Fort Mill, SC. You will be the primary point of contact for customers bringing their vehicles in for service, ensuring a positive and efficient experience.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain up‑to‑date manufacturer training and product knowledge.
• Warmly greet customers, collect vehicle information, and accurately document reported symptoms.
• Provide maintenance recommendations based on vehicle age, mileage, and service history.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for labor and parts.
• Communicate repair progress and updates to customers throughout the service cycle.
• Verify final invoices match services performed and clearly explain completed work and charges.

Required profile

• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Service Consultant, or Assistant Lane Manager.
• High level of enthusiasm, professionalism, and strong ethical standards.
