Automotive Service Advisor

About the role

Classic Ford Lincoln of Columbia is looking for a high‑performing, customer‑focused Automotive Service Advisor to join its growing service team. You will be the primary point of contact for customers bringing their vehicles in for maintenance or repair, ensuring a positive and seamless experience from arrival to vehicle return.

Key responsibilities

• Warmly greet customers, collect vehicle information, and accurately document reported symptoms.
• Provide maintenance recommendations based on vehicle age, mileage, and service history.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for labor and parts and obtain customer approval.
• Communicate repair progress, keep customers updated, and verify final invoices match services performed.
• Explain completed work and associated charges clearly to customers.
• Maintain up‑to‑date manufacturer training and product knowledge.

Required profile

• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Service Consultant, or Assistant Lane Manager.
• High energy, enthusiasm, and a commitment to excellence.
• Professional demeanor with strong ethical standards.
