Automation Experience Designer

About the role

Bosch is seeking a curious, hands‑on Automation Experience Designer to apply automation and AI tools to real business challenges. This early‑career position focuses on designing, building, and teaching modern digital solutions that improve efficiency across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Map existing workflows, identify automation or AI opportunities, and decide when a human‑centered approach is more suitable.
• Design and develop automation solutions using RPA and AI platforms such as Power Automate, UiPath, and generative AI tools.
• Ensure solutions are intuitive, user‑friendly, and aligned with actual work practices.
• Lead training sessions (virtual and in‑person) and create clear learning materials to enable teams to adopt new tools.
• Support project planning, timelines, and coordination with cross‑functional teams to scale implementations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Design, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in process improvement, automation, digital transformation, or related internships/co‑ops.
• Hands‑on experience with automation or AI tools and the ability to apply them to solve real problems.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with confidence in demonstrating tools to diverse audiences.
