About the role

Join Kuo & Associates as an AutoCAD Drafter & Coordinator, supporting the design and production of civil engineering projects that improve infrastructure across Greater Houston. You will work closely with engineers, designers, and survey teams to create accurate technical drawings while maintaining CAD standards for high‑quality project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and develop AutoCAD drawings and technical plans for civil engineering projects such as roadway design, water and wastewater systems, stormwater management, and site development.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and survey teams to ensure drawings meet project requirements and standards.
• Maintain and enforce CAD standards to guarantee consistency, efficiency, and quality across all deliverables.
• Coordinate CAD production, review drawings for accuracy, and manage file organization and version control.

Required profile

• Proven experience creating civil engineering drawings using AutoCAD.
• Ability to work closely with multidisciplinary teams and follow established design standards.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high‑quality technical documentation.
