Associate Software Developer

About the role

DarioHealth is looking for an enthusiastic Associate Software Developer to act as the technical bridge between its core engineering products and a global client base. This early‑career position is ideal for developers who enjoy problem‑solving, debugging, and collaborating closely with Client Success teams to ensure platform reliability at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve client‑reported technical issues across web and mobile platforms for the Client Success team.
• Design and execute scenario‑based test cases that reflect real user workflows, edge cases, and failure conditions before and after releases.
• Monitor, debug, and escalate issues within RESTful web services, highlighting revenue‑impacting problems.
• Assist with eligibility file processing and system monitoring to maintain data integrity across environments.
• Coordinate with an India‑based support team to provide comprehensive coverage and a superior client experience.
• Participate in design and code reviews, offering constructive feedback and learning from senior engineers.

Required profile

• 0–2 years of backend development experience using JavaScript, TypeScript, or Node.js.
• Familiarity with a frontend framework such as React.
• Strong analytical and debugging skills with a methodical problem‑solving approach.
• Basic understanding of cloud computing platforms, especially AWS.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
