Associate – North America EDG Structuring

About the role

JPMorgan Chase is seeking an Associate to join its North America Equities Structuring team. You will help design, price, and launch innovative payoff structures for hedge fund, institutional, and distributor clients, working closely with Sales, Trading, and Quantitative Research.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales, Trading, and Quantitative Research to develop new financial products.
• Price and originate payoffs and structured solutions for a diverse client base.
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth product development and delivery.
• Analyze market trends to uncover opportunities for new offerings.
• Support the team in executing strategic initiatives and projects.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in structuring, trading, or quantitative roles.
• Experience with SPVs, funds, or cross‑asset structuring is a plus.
• Strong data‑analysis abilities; Python coding experience preferred.
• Solid understanding of derivatives, including standard options pricing models such as local volatility.
• Demonstrated interest in financial markets and ability to work under pressure.

• Python programming for data analysis.
