Associate Marketer, Digital Product Marketing

About the role

Invesco is seeking an Associate Marketer for Digital Product Marketing to join its award‑winning Digital Experience team. You will help shape the digital ecosystem, creating experiences that drive client awareness, engagement, acquisition and loyalty across all segments.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the digital liaison for strategic business units, supporting go‑to‑market initiatives.
• Lead cross‑functional teams to design, develop and launch digital marketing experiences.
• Identify emerging digital trends, tools and technologies to improve client experience and business performance.
• Leverage the CMS platform and MarTech stack to build experiences aligned with user needs and business goals.
• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that increase awareness, engagement, acquisition and retention.
• Use customer insights to create personalized digital experiences that strengthen brand advocacy.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, UX/UI, Editorial, Content and Web Production teams.
• Monitor performance metrics and run A/B or multivariate tests for continuous optimization.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, product marketing or digital product management.
• Experience in financial services or fintech is a plus.
• Strong understanding of digital ecosystems, including websites, CMS platforms and marketing automation tools.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CMS platforms.
• Experience using marketing automation tools.
• Ability to conduct A/B and multivariate testing.
