Associate Implementation Consultant

About the role

Box is seeking an Associate Implementation Consultant to help large enterprises adopt and transform their workflows using Box’s intelligent content management platform. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through complex implementations and ensuring they achieve their business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Engage directly with enterprise customers to understand their business needs and translate them into actionable implementation plans.
• Lead multiple, complex projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
• Serve as the liaison between customers and internal product, engineering, and support teams.
• Deliver customer‑facing presentations and workshops to senior leaders.
• Provide strategic recommendations to improve customers’ content management and workflow processes.
