Associate Director, Internal Communications & Employee Engagement

About the role

The Associate Director will lead internal communications and employee engagement programs that strengthen culture, drive alignment, and advance Servier’s business priorities. This Boston‑based role partners closely with Human Resources and senior leaders to shape how employees experience the company’s mission, values, and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead execution and evolution of internal communications strategy aligned with enterprise priorities.
• Own and optimize company‑wide internal communication channels and platforms.
• Develop and execute communications and engagement programs supporting change, growth, partnerships and acquisitions.
• Partner with HR and business leaders to shape initiatives that reinforce culture and enhance employee experience.
• Build and lead employee engagement campaigns that foster connection, recognition and inclusion.
• Establish mechanisms to gather employee insights and use data to improve strategies.
• Provide strategic counsel to senior leaders and shape employer branding through storytelling.
• Manage and develop the internal communications team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 8 + years of experience in internal communications or employee engagement.
• Proven ability to lead enterprise‑wide communications programs and partner with HR.
• Strong writing and storytelling skills, with experience translating complex topics.
• Experience supporting senior leaders and developing executive communications.
• Background in the pharmaceutical industry and organizational change communications.
