Associate Consultant - Health

About the role

The Associate Consultant – Health will join C Space’s Health Community Team to build and nurture relationships with patients and healthcare professionals, translating their insights into actionable recommendations for pharmaceutical and hospital clients.

Key responsibilities

• Cultivate and grow relationships with patient and HCP community members, responding to inquiries and advocating for their needs.
• Represent the patient and HCP voice internally and with clients, highlighting trends, opinions and feedback.
• Develop audience expertise by analyzing community conversations and delivering insights to C Space teams and clients.
• Author and deliver member communications, acquisition, retention and outreach activities.
• Track, analyze and optimize community participation, vibrancy and member engagement.
• Reward and recognize members, encourage peer‑to‑peer interaction and member‑generated content.

Required profile

• Curious, detail‑oriented and strong communicator.
• Comfortable with technology and eager to explore new tools.
• Passionate about understanding patient and HCP perspectives and translating insights into impact.
• Enjoys variety, problem‑solving and collaborative teamwork.
