Associate Consultant – Entry-Level Technology Consulting

About the role

Join Veeva’s Consultant Development Program as an Associate Consultant and work directly with pharmaceutical, biotech and medical‑device customers. You will help design, configure and deliver Veeva’s technology solutions, gaining hands‑on experience from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers to understand business challenges and apply Veeva’s software to improve operations.
• Configure, customize and test technology solutions in real project environments.
• Participate in workshops, solution design sessions and project management activities.
• Travel to client sites as needed (up to 20‑30% of the time) to support implementation.

Required profile

• Recent university graduate (up to 2 years postgraduate experience).
• Strong drive, curiosity and willingness to learn quickly.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with solid academic performance.
• Integrity and a commitment to Veeva’s “do the right thing” culture.
