Associate Client Partner – Information Services & Publishing

About the role

Infosys is looking for an Associate Client Partner to lead client relationships within its Information Services and Publishing practice. You will manage a portfolio of accounts valued at $10M or more, driving business development and ensuring delivery excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture client relationships, owning the full opportunity cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to guarantee fulfillment of all client commitments.
• Create and maintain comprehensive account plans, including governance, pricing decisions, and growth opportunities.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for C‑level stakeholders and manage the proposal creation and presentation process.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in sales, relationship management, or account management.
• Proven experience in publishing, newspaper, book, or information‑services industries.
• Demonstrated ability to interact with C‑level executives and lead proposal efforts.
• Strong leadership, communication, and presentation capabilities.
