Associate Brand Manager – 1‑Day Contact Lens Portfolio

About the role

The Associate Brand Manager will own the execution and optimisation of brand strategies for CooperVision's 1‑day contact lens portfolio in the United States. This full‑time, onsite position requires a proactive marketer who can manage multiple priorities, collaborate across functions and deliver high‑quality work on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Develop deep expertise in the 1‑day lens portfolio, market dynamics, customer needs and competitive landscape.
• Execute brand strategies and tactical plans that drive awareness, demand and sales performance.
• Manage brand positioning, claims and messaging to align with strategic objectives.
• Lead product launch workstreams and marketing initiatives, ensuring cross‑functional alignment and on‑time delivery.
• Translate market and business insights into actionable marketing recommendations.
• Create and maintain sales materials, promotional assets and field communications.
• Coordinate Medical, Legal and Regulatory review submissions and approvals.
• Support research, survey execution and analysis to inform brand strategy.
• Own pricing communications, sales promotions and marketing campaigns in partnership with internal stakeholders and agencies.
• Monitor brand and competitive performance, identifying opportunities, risks and optimisation recommendations.
• Partner with Global Marketing on strategic product and portfolio initiatives.
