Associate / Associate Vice President – Real Estate Closing

About the role

PCCP is seeking an Associate or Associate Vice President to support its investment platform in Atlanta. The role partners with internal investment teams and external service providers to ensure seamless execution of complex commercial real‑estate debt and equity transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the closing process for nationwide commercial real‑estate transactions, coordinating with internal teams and external providers.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to maintain alignment, transparency, and timely execution of all closing activities.
• Adapt to evolving deal structures, new tools, and shifting priorities with a proactive mindset.
• Identify and implement workflow improvements, leveraging technology and automation where appropriate.
• Support post‑closing activities, including secondary closings and follow‑up diligence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent knowledge.
• 2–3 years of commercial real‑estate transaction experience.
• Legal background (paralegal or attorney experience) strongly preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and openness to AI and emerging technologies.
• Technologically curious, forward‑thinking, and eager to lead transformation.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work across all organizational levels.
