Associate Art Director, Concept

About the role

Starface is looking for an Associate Art Director, Concept to help shape the visual language of the brand across social, campaigns, collaborations, and emerging platforms. Reporting to the Creative Director, Concept, you will work closely with the social and creative teams to generate bold, culture‑forward content that feels unmistakably Starface.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute concept‑driven campaigns, social‑first content, and product ideas that are fresh, unexpected, and on‑brand.
• Lead smaller‑scale creative projects from ideation through final production, gaining increasing autonomy.
• Provide thoughtful references, fresh inspiration, and a strong visual point of view for each project.
• Stay deeply tuned to internet culture, fashion, beauty, and emerging trends to inform creative direction.
• Collaborate across social, product, and brand teams to bring ideas to market quickly and beautifully.

• Passionate about internet culture and able to translate trends into visual concepts.
• Strong visual point of view with an eye for detail.
• Independent, versatile, and comfortable wearing multiple creative hats.
• Thrives in fast‑moving environments and maintains a high bar for execution.
