Assistant Service Manager / Service Advisor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced, customer‑focused professional to join our service team as an Assistant Service Manager and Service Advisor. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, guiding them through repairs and maintenance while supporting the Service Manager in daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, listen to vehicle concerns, and recommend appropriate services.
• Write clear repair orders, explain costs, and obtain on‑spot approvals.
• Follow up with customers throughout the service process to keep them informed.
• Assist the Service Manager with scheduling, team development, and day‑to‑day operations.
• Achieve sales targets for maintenance packages, upsells, and customer satisfaction scores.
• Build lasting relationships to convert one‑time visitors into loyal clients.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive service advising or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair processes.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Positive attitude with natural leadership qualities.
• Experience with luxury or Infiniti brands is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with dealership management systems such as Reynolds.
• Proficiency with dealership management systems such as CDK.
