Assistant Property Manager – Residential Leasing

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Property Manager to join our team at the Bexley Wolf Ranch community in Georgetown, TX. This on‑site role blends resident service, leasing activities, and property oversight, offering hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced apartment environment.

Key responsibilities

• Engage prospects: respond to internet leads, answer calls, schedule tours, and showcase the community.
• Process leasing applications, prepare lease paperwork, collect security deposits, and ensure lease execution.
• Provide day‑to‑day resident support, handling renewals, move‑ins, move‑outs, pet requests, and account inquiries.
• Collaborate with maintenance to inspect units, monitor property conditions, and follow up on work orders.
• Coordinate resident activities, plan events, and host community gatherings.
• Assist with rent posting, balance follow‑up, and security‑deposit dispositions.
• Lead and train team members, helping achieve leasing and service goals.
• Support the Property Manager with administrative tasks as needed.
