Assistant Manager - Taco Bell Restaurant

About the role

This is an Assistant Manager position at a Taco Bell franchise restaurant in Liverpool, NY. You apply through the franchisee, which will be your only employer; franchisees set their own wage and benefit programs. The Assistant Manager supports the Restaurant General Manager by running good work shifts and meeting Taco Bell standards, taking ownership of problems and helping and guiding others.

Key responsibilities

• Making sure Team Members and Shift Managers complete all assigned duties
• Inventory management and financial accountability
• Serving safe, quality food in a friendly manner
• Keeping the restaurant a safe place for employees and customers

Required profile

• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, including profit and loss responsibility
• At least 18 years old
• Able to tolerate walking and lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for 80% of shift time
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Background checks are run on all management employees
