About the role
The Assistant Manager, Enrollment Management Communications supports the planning, development, and execution of communications aimed at prospective students throughout the recruitment lifecycle. This position works closely with Enrollment Management units and the communications team to translate strategy into high‑quality print and digital content.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in daily management, development, and execution of printed and digital communications, including email campaigns, automations, and scheduled flows.
- Coordinate multi‑channel campaign development, working with graphic designers, print and mail vendors to support large‑scale mailings.
- Research, interview stakeholders, draft, edit, and proofread content for publications, web assets, and landing pages.
- Deploy and monitor CRM‑integrated email campaigns, document processes, and test new CRM features and automation improvements.
- Collaborate with Admissions, Financial Aid, Campus Visits, and Community Outreach to meet communication needs across the university.
- Maintain inventory of marketing materials and ensure all communications adhere to brand standards, editorial consistency, and accessibility requirements.
