About the role
Greystar is seeking an experienced Assistant Community Manager to provide temporary coverage for a leave of absence at Bella Tess. The role supports the Community Manager in overseeing financial and operational activities, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations for residents.
Key responsibilities
- Collect and post rent, fees, and other payments; prepare daily bank deposits.
- Process invoices, vendor payments, and monthly financial close‑outs.
- Maintain accurate account reconciliations and financial reports using property management software.
- Assist the leasing team with virtual and in‑person tours.
- Handle resident move‑outs, reviewing lease terms and processing dispositions.
- Respond promptly to resident inquiries and resolve service issues.
Required profile
- Prior experience in community or property management.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple financial tasks.
- Excellent customer‑service orientation.
Required skills
- Proficiency with property management software.
