Assembler I – Medical Device Production

About the role

As an Assembler I you will perform a variety of repetitive and non‑repetitive assembly operations to produce high‑quality medical devices, following established work instructions, diagrams, and assembly drawings. The role is a Monday‑Thursday shift from 5 am to 3:30 pm in our Plymouth, MN facility.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the production team and quality control to meet daily production goals in a fast‑paced environment.
• Perform in‑process quality checks to ensure each product complies with safety, regulatory, and quality standards.
• Follow standard operating procedures, maintain a clean and organized work area, and adhere to equipment shutdown and lockout requirements.
• Accurately measure, record, and document production data, including Lot History Records, in line with GMPs and the SPNC Quality System.
• Keep all required training current and comply with Good Manufacturing Practices.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; no prior experience required, though experience in medical‑device manufacturing is a plus.
• Reliable, detail‑oriented, and able to communicate effectively within a team.
• Ability to meet the minimum physical, cognitive, and environmental requirements of the assembler role, with or without accommodation.
