We are looking for a dynamic, proactive Commercial and Sales Assistant to support our commercial team in Santa Cruz. The role focuses on managing the client portfolio, tracking sales processes and helping to close deals, contributing directly to the company’s growth.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and update the company’s client portfolio.
- Conduct timely follow‑up of sales processes and opportunities.
- Assist in negotiations to ensure effective closure of sales.
- Use CRM systems and digital tools to streamline daily commercial activities.
Required profile
- Education in Administration, Marketing, Commercial Engineering or related fields.
- Minimum two years of experience in sales or commercial functions.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate, work under pressure and achieve commercial targets.
