Architect – Luxury Residential (7-10 yrs experience)

About the role

We are looking for a highly experienced architect to join our Los Angeles studio and lead the design and execution of luxury residential projects. You will work with sophisticated clients and collaborate with renowned partners such as John Pawson, Foster + Partners, and Ferguson & Shamamian.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical development of high‑end, custom residential projects.
• Translate conceptual designs into detailed, coordinated, and constructible solutions.
• Produce construction documentation, including drawings, schedules, and specifications.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and clients throughout all project phases.
• Research materials, systems, and sustainable technologies to enhance performance and craftsmanship.
• Mentor junior team members and foster an environment of open dialogue.

Required profile

• Professional degree in Architecture.
• 7‑10+ years of experience, primarily in high‑end residential design.
• Strong expertise in building systems, construction methods, and detailing.
• Exceptional visual, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Collaborative mindset with a commitment to sustainability.

Required skills

• Fluency in Revit.
• Proficiency with Rhino and Grasshopper.
• Experience using SketchUp.
• Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Familiarity with Enscape, TwinMotion, Adobe Creative Suite, and Bluebeam (optional).
