About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Appointment Setter to join our West Palm Beach team. In this entry‑level, full‑time position you will help individuals navigate health‑insurance options and schedule follow‑up conversations, while receiving comprehensive training from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Contact prospective clients to explain UnitedHealthcare‑related benefits and answer basic questions.
• Guide callers through the enrollment process and set appointments for deeper consultations.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow‑up activities in the company CRM.
• Achieve daily and weekly outreach targets while delivering a professional, courteous experience.

Required profile

• Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, service‑oriented attitude.
• Ability to follow structured scripts and adhere to compliance guidelines.
• Motivation to meet performance metrics without prior experience in the field.
