Application Developer I – Enterprise Software

About the role

The Application Developer I joins an enterprise development team to build and support mission‑critical software systems. You will work across the full application lifecycle, from design through delivery, while gaining hands‑on experience with modern engineering practices.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, test, debug, and maintain enterprise‑grade applications and APIs under senior guidance.
• Learn and apply software development lifecycle practices such as source control, code reviews, automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation.
• Utilize approved AI‑assisted engineering tools to boost productivity while validating generated code.
• Collaborate in Agile delivery teams and contribute to continuous improvement of engineering workflows.

Required profile

• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Eager to learn, receptive to coaching, and able to balance AI‑assisted productivity with solid engineering fundamentals.
• Committed to understanding and validating the code you produce and to developing independent problem‑solving skills.
