Analyst II – Front Office Operations (Solutions NA)

About the role

Join Invesco’s Front Office Operations team as an Analyst II, supporting the Solutions NA practice. You will work across investment platform management, trade implementation and regulatory processes, collaborating with portfolio managers and technology teams.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver operational support across five core pillars: Investment Platform Management, Portfolio/Cash Monitoring, Trade Implementation, Client/Product Lifecycle, and Regulatory/Policy Implementation.
• Execute precise trade entry and transaction processes as directed by investment teams.
• Partner with Portfolio Managers, Trading, Technology, and Client Services to resolve complex issues and drive automation projects.
• Produce, validate, and analyze critical datasets to provide actionable insights for Front Office teams.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies at the transaction, position, and security levels to ensure data integrity.
• Design and develop sophisticated reports, presentations, and data models to support trading and investment teams.

Required profile

• College degree in Finance or Economics (preferred).
• Solid understanding of fixed‑income and equity asset classes.
• Knowledge of buy‑side investment processes and investment products.
• Experience with front‑office applications such as Aladdin, CRD, or Bloomberg (preferred).
• Aptitude for rapid adaptation to new systems and software.
