About the role

Westmor Industries is looking for a skilled Aluminum Welder to join its manufacturing team in Morris, MN. The role involves performing a variety of welding tasks while adhering to safety standards and maintaining a clean, organized workspace. Training will be provided for the right candidate.

Key responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprint drawings and dimension styles accurately.
• Prepare weld surfaces according to specifications.
• Set up and adjust welder settings to ensure optimal performance and quality.
• Perform welding tasks in compliance with industry codes and procedures.
• Operate overhead cranes, forklifts, and other machinery safely.

• Ability to read and understand blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Good communication skills when working with teammates.
