AI Training, Learning & Development Specialist

About the role

This dynamic position focuses on designing, delivering, and supporting generative AI training programs for enterprise employees. You will work with leading AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and Claude to boost skill levels and drive adoption across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Design and facilitate live and on‑demand training sessions on enterprise generative AI tools.
• Create learning materials—including guides, job aids, and videos—tailored to varied AI fluency levels.
• Partner with HR and L&D teams to develop AI‑focused soft‑skill and tool‑based programs.
• Track participation, collect feedback, and analyze engagement metrics to improve programs.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to stay current on AI tool updates.
• Coordinate logistics, manage session scheduling, and contribute content for broader L&D initiatives.
• Serve as a support resource for employee questions on AI use cases and responsible usage.
• Administer ChatGPT Enterprise and Claude Enterprise environments, handling configuration, provisioning, and workspace management.
• Liaise with OpenAI and Anthropic enterprise account teams and generate utilization reports.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in training, instructional design, or adult education.
• 1–2 years administering enterprise AI platforms (e.g., OpenAI or Claude Enterprise).
• Hands‑on experience with generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Microsoft Copilot.
• Strong understanding of enterprise security and compliance practices.
• Excellent documentation, communication, and organizational abilities.
