Key responsibilities

• Stay current on recruiting best practices, emerging sourcing techniques, and workplace trends.

Required profile

• 5+ years of full‑life‑cycle recruiting experience supporting technical research teams.
• Passion for AI’s positive impact and realistic assessment of its risks.
