AI Automation Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a smart, organized, and reliable AI Automation Specialist to design and implement AI‑driven automation solutions that streamline daily administrative tasks such as email handling, workflow coordination, and other routine processes. The role is fully remote, based in South Africa, and works on a flexible schedule aligned with US business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain AI‑powered automation scripts for email management and workflow optimization.
• Identify repetitive tasks and design end‑to‑end automation solutions using AI tools.
• Collaborate with internal teams to integrate automation into existing business processes.
• Monitor automated workflows, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve efficiency.
• Document automation procedures and provide training to end users.

Required profile

• Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Reliable follow‑through and ownership of projects from start to finish.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with AI tools and automation platforms.
• Experience in email automation, AI workflow creation, or business process automation (a plus).
• Ability to quickly learn new software and adapt to evolving technologies.
