Agent Platform Engineer – Build Scalable AI Infrastructure

About the role

As an Agent Platform Engineer you will design and build the infrastructure, tooling, and workflows that let AI agents run safely, reliably, and at scale. Your work supports agents that generate customer interfaces, contribute to Coframe’s codebase, and automate engineering, go‑to‑market, and operations workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Build infrastructure for long‑running agent execution, memory, planning, and stop‑and‑resume workflows.
• Create platforms that let AI agents autonomously implement features, run tests in isolated environments, and analyze execution traces.
• Develop secure, isolated execution environments and durable worker systems for reliable agent operation.
• Design and maintain CI/CD, testing, deployment, and observability tooling for autonomous AI agents.
• Improve security, reliability, and operational readiness of production agent systems.
• Support non‑engineering teams with internal AI platforms to build custom agents and automate workflows.

Required profile

• Strong background in platform or infrastructure engineering.
• Experience designing scalable architectures and operating distributed systems.
• Proven ability to build developer platforms, internal tooling, or compute infrastructure.
• High judgment across security, reliability, performance, cost, and iteration speed.
• Passion for engineering productivity and automating complex workflows.

Required skills

• Cloud infrastructure and serverless architectures.
• CI/CD pipelines, end‑to‑end testing, and production deployment strategies.
• Distributed systems, durable workers, and stateful workflows.
• Isolated execution environments, remote browsers, and long‑running agent execution.
• Experience with AI agents or LLM‑based systems in production.
