Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner – Concierge Med Spa

About the role

Pinch is seeking Advanced Practice Registered Nurses in Washington DC to provide concierge aesthetic treatments in clients’ homes. As a 1099 contractor you will set your own schedule, choose your clients and grow a flexible practice under a nationally recognized brand.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver safe, high‑quality aesthetic treatments including neurotoxin injections, microneedling, chemical peels and at‑home facials.
• Complete live neurotoxin injectable training and ongoing virtual training on skincare and facial techniques.
• Treat clients sourced through Pinch marketing and personal networks, offering 4–24 hours of appointments per week.
• Manage products and supplies responsibly and maintain accurate client records.
• Follow Pinch protocols, collaborate with fellow providers and utilize marketing tools to retain and grow the client base.

Required profile

• Active APRN license.
• Certification in injectables or willingness to complete Pinch Injectables Master Certification.
• Strong enthusiasm for aesthetics and helping clients look their best.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in building a flexible practice.
• Bonus: prior aesthetics experience, existing patient network, or interest in events and influencer collaborations.
