Advanced Practice Provider – Otolaryngology

About the role

We are seeking Board Certified or Board Eligible General Otolaryngologists to join our independent physician‑owned practice in north central Wisconsin. The position is full‑time and offers a collaborative environment with both otolaryngology and allergy/immunology specialists across our Wausau and Stevens Point locations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive otolaryngology care to adult and pediatric patients.
• Collaborate with allergists/immunologists to deliver integrated ENT and allergy services.
• Utilize onsite diagnostic audiology, hearing aid services, and Xoran CT imaging for patient evaluation.
• Participate in outreach clinics serving smaller surrounding communities.
• Maintain a 1‑6 call schedule with limited on‑site emergency coverage.

Required profile

• Board Certified (BC) or Board Eligible (BE) in General Otolaryngology.
• Commitment to high‑quality, patient‑centered care within an independent practice model.
• Willingness to engage in partnership track and potential ownership opportunities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CT imaging equipment, specifically Xoran CT scanner.
• Experience in diagnostic audiology and hearing aid management.
