Adjunct Faculty – Clinical Instruction

About the role

The University of Arkansas at Monticello is seeking an Adjunct Faculty member to provide instruction and clinical supervision for Health Services – Practical Nursing (HS‑PN) students during their scheduled sessions. This temporary, fixed‑term position supports the College of Technology‑Crossett’s nursing program.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver classroom instruction to HS‑PN students as needed.
• Supervise clinical practice and ensure compliance with program standards.
• Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.
• Collaborate with full‑time faculty and staff to align teaching activities with curriculum goals.

Required profile

• Current AASN‑RN credential (or higher) in good standing.
• Minimum two years of recent clinical experience (within the past five years).
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Effective communication and instructional skills.
