Accounts Payables Analyst

About the role

ClickHouse is a cloud‑first company seeking a motivated Accounts Payables Analyst to join its Accounting team. The analyst will oversee AP activities, ensure accurate coding, timely payments, and drive process improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the AP inbox, process invoices within 24 business hours and act as the primary AP contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Enter, classify, code, and verify vendor invoices across multiple international entities while maintaining vendor data (W9, banking details, payment terms).
• Reconcile the accounts payable ledger, prepare related reconciliations, and support year‑end 1099 preparation, VAT reclaims, and audit activities.
• Monitor AP trends, identify bottlenecks, propose improvements, and document process changes for continuity.
• Assist with the rollout of new systems affecting the accounts payable function.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 3‑4 years of experience in accounts payable, finance, or accounting, preferably at a cloud software company.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive problem‑solver with an ownership mindset.
