Accounting Senior Associate

About the role

As an Accounting Senior Associate you will apply accounting knowledge to record and analyze client data with accuracy, while collaborating with colleagues both in‑person and remotely. The role offers a clear path toward becoming a principal in the firm and emphasizes continuous skill development.

Key responsibilities

• Apply accounting knowledge to record and analyze client data with accuracy.
• Work independently to organize project activities and ensure tasks are completed within scope and budget.
• Develop understanding of client businesses to diagnose opportunities and suggest solutions.
• Coach and support Associates as they learn technical skills, systems, and processes.
• Identify lessons from client interactions to contribute to firm knowledge systems.

Required profile

• Experienced accountant who enjoys helping clients and collaborating with co‑workers.
• 3+ years of related experience.
• CPA preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
