Account Manager – Supply Chain & Logistics Sales

About the role
As an Account Manager focused on Supply Chain and Logistics sales, you will be the primary liaison between Bosch and Ford, one of the world’s leading automotive OEMs. You will coordinate global customer activities, ensuring alignment between North American and worldwide teams while driving operational excellence and sustainability.
Key responsibilities
- Lead internal initiatives to satisfy Ford’s global requirements across logistics, delivery, packaging, labeling, diversity, supply‑chain resilience and sustainability.
- Act as the CRS Sales Coordinator for the Ford account, maintaining the Customer Requirement Server.
- Support business continuity by collecting, consolidating and reporting data, and communicating globally during shortages or force‑majeure events.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels within Ford.
- Collaborate with divisional sales teams to ensure a globally aligned customer approach.
- Participate in the global sales community, sharing best practices and aligning strategies across regions.
- Lead cross‑divisional customer requests and internal initiatives to address high‑visibility issues.
Required profile
- Strategic thinker with a passion for data‑driven insights and sustainability.
- Proven experience in account management, supply‑chain or logistics environments.
- Ability to balance commercial objectives with contractual obligations and long‑term profitability.
- Strong communication skills and the capacity to influence cross‑functional partners.
- Comfort working in a highly international, matrixed organization.
