Account Manager – Supply Chain & Logistics for Ford

About the role
As an Account Manager at Bosch, you will be the primary liaison for Ford, overseeing supply chain and logistics activities across North America and globally. You will ensure seamless coordination between Bosch’s divisions and deliver value through operational excellence and sustainability initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Lead internal actions to satisfy Ford’s global requirements for logistics, delivery, packaging, labeling, diversity, supply‑chain resilience and sustainability.
- Maintain the Customer Requirement Server (CRS) as the CRS Sales Coordinator for the Ford account.
- Support business continuity by collecting, consolidating and reporting data, and communicating globally during shortages or force‑majeure events.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels within Ford.
- Collaborate with divisional sales teams to ensure a globally aligned customer approach and share best practices across regions.
- Drive cross‑divisional initiatives and respond to high‑visibility customer requests.
Required profile
- Strategic thinker with a passion for data‑driven insights and sustainability.
- Proven ability to balance commercial objectives, contractual obligations and long‑term profitability.
- Experience working in a highly international, cross‑functional environment.
- Strong communication skills to act as the voice of the customer within Bosch.
