Account Manager, Loyalty & Rewards
rain · New York
Job description
About the role
Rain is a fast‑growing stablecoin payments platform seeking an Account Manager to own the post‑sale relationship for loyalty and rewards partners. You will translate signed deals into concrete programs, manage multi‑month launches, and act as the single point of contact for partners.
Key responsibilities
- Own the end‑to‑end post‑sale relationship for a portfolio of loyalty and rewards partners, from kickoff through launch and ongoing growth.
- Translate signed deals into program designs, including earn structures, redemption catalogs, offer strategy, funding models, and success metrics.
- Run launches as a project manager: build plans, drive timelines, resolve blockers, and keep stakeholders aligned.
- Serve as the single point of contact, coordinating internally across Product, Engineering, BD, Compliance, and Marketing.
- Lead recurring business reviews, report performance, surface insights, and recommend program improvements.
- Identify expansion opportunities and hand them to Business Development with context.
- Maintain accurate documentation, launch trackers, and internal reporting.
- Advocate partner feedback to improve Rain’s roadmap and processes.
Required profile
- 3–7 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Implementation, Partner Management, or Program Management, preferably in sports, fintech, payments, or loyalty.
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi‑stakeholder programs to deadline with ownership of outcomes.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfort operating with ambiguity and building processes without a playbook.
- Strong commercial instincts and ability to derive measurable value for partners.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools.
- Experience using project‑tracking software.
- Advanced spreadsheet skills.
What we offer
- Unlimited paid time off with a minimum of 10 days encouraged.
- Flexible working arrangements (remote, office, or hybrid).
- Health, dental, vision coverage (95% employee, 90% dependents) and 100% subsidized life insurance.
- 401(k) plan with 4% company match.
- Equity option plan for all employees.
- Monthly wellness stipend for eligible health and wellness expenses.
- In‑office meals via DoorDash credit.
- Team summits and offsites, both domestic and international.
