Account Lead

About the role

Moog is seeking an Account Lead to join its Commercial Aircraft Group in the Buffalo, NY area. Reporting to the Global Customer Service Center Manager, you will work the 2nd shift on‑site in East Aurora, handling repair orders, pricing, and customer interactions for aerospace contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the integrity of Moog’s contractual performance and ensure compliance with terms.
• Initiate, process, and track sales paperwork for repair orders, pricing, and special instructions, both manually and online.
• Prepare price proposals, delivery schedules, and transmittals for customer authorization.
• Organize and keep up‑to‑date files, records, and logs for all repair activities.
• Generate required documentation, certifications, and government‑controlled hardware paperwork for domestic and overseas shipments.
• Expedite AOG (Aircraft on Ground) requirements and meet quoted delivery schedules.
• Serve as the primary Moog contact for assigned customers, fostering professional relationships to grow business.
• Review purchase orders, reconcile differences with proposals, and initiate new repair job orders.

Required profile

• Associate’s degree or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of customer service or related experience, preferably in aerospace or technical repair environments.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple documentation streams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
