Account Executive – International Tax (Transfer Pricing)

About the role

Exactera is seeking a US‑based Account Executive to drive new‑logo growth for its Transfer Pricing business. You will manage the full sales cycle, working with tax and finance leaders to sell both compliance and advisory services while leveraging the company’s AI‑first tools and proven playbook.

Key responsibilities

• Run a full‑cycle, new‑logo sales motion for Transfer Pricing Compliance, from SDR‑sourced and self‑sourced pipeline through close.
• Sell into finance functions, translating complex transfer pricing concepts into clear business cases for Tax Directors, VPs of Tax/Finance, Controllers, and CFOs.
• Help shape the sales approach for Transfer Pricing Advisory, building on the existing compliance playbook.
• Partner closely with an SDR to refine targeting, messaging, and account prioritization.
• Maintain a disciplined, accurate pipeline in the CRM with realistic stages and timelines.
• Utilize Exactera’s AI‑first tools for prospecting, deal preparation, and account research, and contribute your own AI workflow.
• Engage with sales enablement content and coaching to continuously improve performance.
• Represent Exactera’s value proposition against Big 4 and legacy advisory alternatives.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of quota‑carrying, full‑cycle B2B sales experience, preferably selling to finance functions (tax, accounting, treasury, etc.).
• Proven ability to generate a significant portion of your own pipeline through outbound effort.
• Genuinely AI‑first in daily workflow, regularly using AI tools for prospecting and deal management.
