Account Executive - Dental - International

About the role

Clipboard is looking for a motivated Account Executive to expand its Dental marketplace internationally. You will own the end‑to‑end sales process, from cold outreach to onboarding new dental offices onto the platform, helping them access staffing services that improve patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Cold‑call dental offices that have not yet posted shifts to introduce Clipboard’s staffing services.
• Clearly articulate the platform’s value proposition and overcome objections to secure new office activations.
• Manage the full sales cycle—including prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing—ensuring a smooth transition for new offices.
• Lead price‑negotiation conversations with decision‑makers at dental practices.
• Build and maintain a personal pipeline, consistently follow up with leads, and keep organized outreach records.
• Persist through longer sales cycles and re‑engage offices over time to convert them into active customers.

Required profile

• Willingness to hustle and a fearless approach to cold calling.
• Fluent English communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Proven experience in a sales role with self‑generated leads and full‑cycle ownership.
• Ability to manage your own pipeline and follow through on each stage.
• Stable high‑speed internet connection and a computer workstation.
• International location (outside US, CA, UK, NZ, AU) with availability to work US Pacific Time (9 AM – 6 PM PT).
