Access Coordinator III – TOSH/Neuro

About the role

The Access Coordinator III supports the TOSH/Neuro department at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS). This regular, onsite position helps staff and students navigate the Workday job portal, ensuring smooth access to internal openings and compliance with application deadlines.

Key responsibilities

• Guide current University of Arkansas System employees and students on accessing and applying for open positions via Workday.
• Explain the draft‑saving process and assist candidates in completing pending applications.
• Monitor application closing times (12:01 a.m. CT) and ensure timely submission.
• Maintain basic records of candidate activity and draft applications.

Required profile

• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States on the first day of employment.
