2027 Agricultural Solutions Engineering Development Program

About the role

The 2027 Agricultural Solutions Professional Development Program is a 24‑month rotational experience for recent engineering graduates. Participants rotate through two 12‑month assignments across BASF Agricultural Solutions engineering and manufacturing sites, gaining hands‑on exposure to a wide range of technical and business functions.

Key responsibilities

• Complete two 12‑month rotations in engineering, manufacturing, and technical organizations.
• Own and deliver projects that improve safety, reliability, quality, productivity, and operational performance.
• Support engineering and capital projects through planning, design reviews, implementation, commissioning, and start‑up activities.
• Collaborate with Operations, Technology, EHS, Maintenance, Supply Chain, Quality and other functions to achieve shared objectives.
• Communicate technical findings and project updates to both technical and non‑technical audiences.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or a related discipline, graduating between December 2026 and May 2027.
• Authorized to work in the United States without future sponsorship.
• Strong collaboration, communication, critical‑thinking, systems‑thinking and project‑management abilities.
• Self‑driven, comfortable working in geographically dispersed teams and multiple locations.
